Yep, at 17 it's very balanced - on my setup. I measure via the probe stuck to the outside of the fermenter and insulated with a stubble cooler from the fridge. It's quite likely a wort temp of 18 or 19.TidalPete said:17 is getting into cloves territory. h34r:
