        2 tears apparently...

It was a keg of dsga, past it's prime. But there was a couple of weeks there that it looked like this keg was going to outlive my children's children.

Its a severely disappointing moment that almost leads to chronic depression when it happens to be the best beer you have ever brewed

22kg of grain in a 56L mash tun. Prob not the best maiden brew for brewpot 2.0...

... I think there may be something nutty... and its not the beer.
The beer is a nice big RIS.

Longer than it took to boil the stuff that had come out already...
Then we put about another 25L through it
        Long brew day

Brewer #2 was lagering his batch... then had a look at it yesterday and it had an estimated 1/4 ice...

transferred it ontop of some oak chips... should be a good 2020 sipping beer

Did this myself once. Forgot to plug my heat belt in, fridge froze 1/4 of my porter. Keg it anyway, extra alcohol from freezing made it an awesome winter sipper

1 keg, 2 fermenters and 4 cubes filled... Curry made from scratch... 1 keg emptied... one hell of a Saturday

But how will you dispense the curry from the keg?
