Sulphate to 150ppm, Chloride to 50ppm, pH = 5.3
60min Boil
Simcoe @ 30m (50m calc) = 4ibu
Simcoe / Cascade @ WP (20m calc) = 19ibu
Fermented with Dry English Ale 007 @ 18c
Dry hopped with Simcoe / Cascade @ 1.5g/L for 4 days
Are target to hit 92% Brewhouse efficiency. Target beer was preboil 25.5lts of 1.032 and I got 26.8lts of 1.036
