oops.....this was going to be a SNPA clone but after stuffing up the 56gm of Cascade for flameout and adding them at the 30min instead of the Pearle it looks like it will be a standard APA.

Damn..was looking forward to trying this. Suppose there is always next week.

Looking forward to these - big fan of English bitters (and Rook's brewing), and have an appreciation of red ales now. Bottled my red on the weekend, and now I want to see a good one. I didn't use enough CaraRed, it's not very red, 250g + handful of Carafa III in 23L is not enough by the look of things.
 
Well, this has turned out to be a better beer than I thought. Cloudy as all get out though.
