As orders really dry, up, we are moving to a phase of reconciling the orders, checking payments, etc etc. LOTS of time consuming stuff

ORDERING
I will take orders still, You have to e-mail me as per previous posts, if you cant find those, you wont dont deserve to order. Even if you miss out initially, you go on a list for a potential second round, if people dont pay for their orders.

NOTE______ You should check thru the back posts as well as the list, I will post list numbers of people who get accepted for a second round. It will be on this forum, and can be easily missed. READ THIS FORUM CAREFULLY.


LIST, BUYING, SECOND CHANCE

The committee needs a break now to work thru everything and let it settle a little

So what is planned over the week

1. Next couple of days let the money show thru and mark off people paid. (We will be brutal, no second chances)
2. By the weekend, Get a list off the bank of all deposits and do a double check we haven't missed entries
3. Then double check orders and money so they match, reconfirm with e-mail to customer
4. Then do the tally of what is paid, what is ordered
5. By next week, offer remaining unfilled orders to those who have shown an interest.

Now I am off to pay for some hops

Didn't read anything about emails. Pretty sure you can't order unless he has you on the list.

Post #8 lays out the rules I followed:
1. "To get on the list, all you will have to do FROM MONDAY is simply state on the Bulk Buy forum you want to be added. NOTHING ELSE. It will flow from there" also "IF YOUR NAME IS NOT ON THE LIST, PLEASE POST ON THE FORUM TO HAVE YOUR NAME INCLUDED"

2. "A list will be placed on the forum with offers for those already showing interest. You will have only two days to respond to that list by email myself craftbreweratbeagle.com.au with your order."

3. "You will then receive details on how and where to pay"

Yes this is big, probably the BIGGEST bulk buy ever. To stop me going stupid (too late I hear the laughter) I may get pissed tonight, BUT I will get back to you.

BE KIND - With luck all the people who eventually miss out, a lot of brwers wont use all their hop order. With a little luck and generiousity (I hope some of it rubs off from me), you may find brewers will to resell/cut there kilo hops. Stay tuned on that

380kg of hops have been paid, and ordered, with the money in China. They will pack our consignment tommorrow for shipping. Yes thats right that fast. We ordered early as the trend of people wanting hops had dropped to a crawl, so we wont make the next 20 kg marks.

THERE WILL BE NO NEW ORDERS FROM CHINA.

Now as there are a people still wanting hops, if I dont see a clearance of your payment by the end of the weekend, we will start opening up the orders to those waiting.
