the dimensions of the Sansone ones are different, alot wider and shorter, which leads you to believe the neck of these ones tappers in alot more than the alox ones. harder to clean?

Im interested but I just did a quick quote by Aus post and came out at $70 for a 50l.

The Olive Centre Sansone ones look good at $177 including delivery. Waiting on the response for the taps.
This could be the way to go for me in WA

The 50L tanks are butt welded and come with a stainless steel tap, which is threaded, as you can see on the attached photo.

Being the tank itself is threaded you could plobably put whatever tap you want in there, as long as its a common thread size.

Need to check my fridges can fit them.

Me too. The 50l winequip fits easily in my little kegerator fridge which also fits a standard CUB keg for size comparison.

Either olive oil tank will fit in my fridge. Still keen for the SS tap from Winequip, but I can always ignore the tap and just use my siphon to drain the vessel.
Is that a more sanitary practice?
