  • Not cool when your brewing a 100ltr batch and your pump shits itself.

That's a neat reminder to acquire a spare pump at some point....

The environment thanks you for reducing your CO2 emissions.
Beer gods must be upset. One cube spewed all over the garage floor, and a full keg emptied into the bottom of the keezer, liquid out post the cullprit.t

Happened twice to me. One was a full on under pressure fire hose style blowout.
    Sad times.

The good news is that the oatmeal stout I kegged last night tastes awesome.
My workmates smashed all of my beer at the xmas party, tomorrow is a triple emergency brewday 5 of 6 kegs empty...

Oh right. Smashed, as in drank. For some reason, I thought they smashed all your bottles.
Went to check my brew in the ferment fridge, turns out i didn't reset the stc so it was sitting at 0.3c, gravity check + taste and smell confirms all ok yeast already knocked off 12 points.

Better than the way I did it, and you left the probe on the floor...in winter. Fermented out within a day, and beer makes your head feel funny.

Actually, I've done your trick too. Tried to ferment at 3degrees.

Not sure why/how but I found 10kg of ale malt which I thought i didn't have.
That feeling when your halfway through your workday and you remember that you have a keg which is ready to tap.
Thankgod I only spilt 2 litres of beer...
