In the spirit of community, and HBers looking after one another I think a 'Yob therapy tariff' should be applied to all past and future Yob BB's. The YTT I think should not be over encumbering on brewers, so I submit the YTT should be no more than 5%.

Lets face it people if it wasn't for us Yob would not have this problem, and would have probably spent more time with the missus, and therefore have another couple of little Yobs messin with his brews. Help a bloke out!
