    I normally get 120+, while breaking the first AND second laws of thermodynamics: I end up with more grain than I started with, and my kettle heats itself up by sitting there with the burnerooff while the gas bottle fills itself up.

    I keep my stir bars in a packet with a magnet. Helps keep them all together, and thankfully I haven't lost the packet... yet.

    Indeed. I have the 2nd tap already but can't seem to get beer on it... need bigger fermenting fridge.

    The other thing I did that helped a lot was got an all-fridge for fermenting. I always put on 2 brews at a time now.
