Using BeerSmith, love it.
Great guidelines with water temps, expected gravity.
Boiling away of the stove now, smells lovely.
And the OG of the wort - temp adjusted reading - came out just as expected.
I used an esky as a mash tun, popped the stop and ran it through a bucket with holes in it.
 
Fermenting is done, reached 1010.
Dry hopped this morning.
 
Sneaky early taste, and I have a complete success!
 
Glad your first AG worked, mine, not so much.

Although it's still fermenting, so there is hope :)
