Hey,
Off to a bucks party tomorrow morning, and me and another mate are supplying the beer.
Because bringing a keg fridge is out of the question, and to keep the kegs contained and cold, I could recycle the plastic tub of a broken down washing machine.
The tub is watertight and holds 4 kegs nicely.
To pretty it up a bit, I made a frame to contain the tub. I had some leftover decking timber floating around which i covered the outside of the frame to make it look a bit like a chest freezer. A few cans of space invader and styrofoam panels for insulation, and some wheels and it is done.
so basically with some picnic taps we will be able to keep 4 kegs on the go at once.
Sure the construction is a bit hit and miss, but for next to nothing, it will go alright.
I think later on Ill replace the top section with a taller lid so that a font could be attached to the top, keeping the whole thing a bit more contained.
