I bought this little plastic do-dad in the US last year.
I've used it a few times but have recently just been droping the wort into the fermenter from a height.
It did work pretty well though. I attached a tube to my boiler tap with this on the end. The wort comes down the middle and hits the base and spreads out airating nicely.
