G'day to everyone on here. I have just signed up, I guess looking for like-minded people to talk about beer with! I've been brewing for about 4 years, going from a 1gal extract into bottles set-up to now BIAB with a pressure fermenter and about 6 kegs with a 3-tap fridge - still have a GREAT deal to learn. I mainly brew ales and porters/stouts, but am contemplating expanding into other styles... I'm looking at doing some sort of "formalised" training in brewing, not to be the next craft brewery to open the go into admin, but to advance my skills. I would love to have a brew bar, but for now I'll settle for my shed.
