Dearest Packers,

Can you all bring scales, scoops and if available a 2 to 3lt jug for the packing. Hops are packaged in 10 and 20kg lots.
Ok for lunch we will have burgers and or sausages with a fresh garden salad oh and fresh buns. I have some beautiful chilli jam et al Moonshine's which is fan-bloody-tastic! (no Scruffy hasn't been near it)
And cross ya fingers the crab pots are full. We might even have some mud crabs but you'll have to beat SWMBO.

Cheers Lads

See ya Tomorrow!

What's ya thoughts?

Go for it....and let us know how it goes. Bribie, any chance of your cluster recipe?

What's ya thoughts?

My thoughts Chappo old son, is whether or not I can have a shower after the hop split. Do you have an outdoor shower where I can display myself in all my splendor?
Don't plan on scratching myself all night if I can help it.
Oh yeah, the recipe is good to go although you're still skimping on the Cascade. :icon_cheers:

 Your a classic Pete

As much as I really "LOVE" Cascade, sort of like having your teeth drilled and nuts cracked at the same time,

Chappo, with the cheap cost of Cascade, why whimp out on flavour and aroma. I would definitely up those levels,

Takes me back about 10 years when AG brewers were going nuts with cascade, at that time it was something new to us, LCPA was the beer of the month. Jayse will remember those days..Skunk Fart Ale?

It's time to dig out one of the old APA recipes. Perhaps I could stomach a big cascade beer again. Perhaps not

I might joke about it Batz but we will all need a good wash after this job of work especially those of us facing a two hour plus trip home on crowded public transport stinking of beer, hops & sweat. ;)
I can remember making Jayse's Skunkfart (And a good drop it was) when I first started all-grain a long time ago. :icon_cheers:

I remember your first AG to Pete, I had been doing AG's at least six or seven years prior to that, you catch up quick old mate.

Pete,
After Butters and Henno there is nothin' you can do that will shock me, SWMBO or the kiddies especially your sagging and aged under carriage...
Showers cost $0.50. That'll stop the tight wadded bugger in his tracks! :icon_cheers:

Can't wait to see ya mate!

Chap Chap

Was that Butters amongst the hops in your pics Chappo?
