it is, so I just double checked and across the 3 that I have they are 208mm 209mm and 210mm.
Hi all,
I have a 2015 BM20. Has ran like a dream for over 80 brews. Last 2 brews i have had heating issues. Temperature keeps rising when it hits 100 deg quickly, unit starts flicking and then shuts off.
Initially thought it was a temp probe, so swapped for a new one. No luck
Ensured software is up to date and have used the temp setting with regulation and without with no change.
Testing again today, and it occurs when the heating element switches off or to half. If I manually flick it back on, it maintains.
Anyone had this issue?
Thinking to much voltage or dry solder joint internal. Braumeister are unsure and suggest upgrade to the latest unit which is $1000 plus. Thinking it may be a known problem and they just get you to upgrade
