Had a bit of a brew day yesterday starting with me sitting in my shed and making a golden type ale, one of my mates then came over and we made and aussie pils. I am most impresed with the spent grain. 6kg for the GA and 8kg for the Pils.. Looking forward to tasting the pils on Aust Day.

Thanks to Matt who gave the asssit..

A pic of the green pils during the boil was impressive as welll. 140g of hops, the intent was to fill 2 by 15l cubes and water down to 18l to fill a keg filled the cubes ok, just wait on the OG when I crack the cube to see how much water to add.

Nice usage of plywood there, are you a carpenter or shopfitter etc?

No, there are minimal skills in this house(although I did make my bar from scratch). Just donated from work, along with numerous other brewing items.
