As is mandatory (so it seems) for all first time AGers I will continue the report.

I racked the PSB (peoples special bitter) last night and it is looking good. Still a lot of yeast in suspension both in look and taste but improving and smelling great.

Now in secondary with 2 EKG plugs to add the finishing touches. :beerbang:

Cheers

Borret

Good to see the Bitter is coming along. Can't wait for tasting time :chug:

Shawn.

Congrats Borret
Long time coming but worth the wait I'm sure.
Got an AG planned for the NSW Xmas case?

That reminds me... better pull the finger out myself.
Haven't brewed for a few weeks. Between my other duties (work), SWMBO getting really crook, my 4yo son getting cleaned up by a car I'd nearly forgotten.
About time I set my priorities straight and get back to brewing ;)

Mate, hope the little blokes alright. :( I live on fear of that sort of thing with 2 young boys. Definately family first I say.

Christmas case should be AG, but still deciding on what to feed that masses. It may be the same again if it turns out well..

Cheers

Borret
