All,

Not brewing anymore and we are looking at downsizing, just sat there gathering dust

HLT - around 95 litres 2200W electric, fed from solenoid water inlet through 2 stage filter, has sight glass, mechanical temp gauage. Has its own mag drive pump below to push to mash tun through stainless motorised ball valve,

MASH - Insulated, about 60 litre , has 12" false bottom, RIMS (2200Watt), pump for recirc, temp sensor and ball valves for fill / empty / recirc

KETTLE around 95 litres, 2x 2200watt elements, ball valves, temp sensor & pressure level control, ball valves for empty etc. Includes plate chiller (not pictured)

For the non-automation types, this could be easily converted to use manual controls (the sell the electric valves off if required) or simple switched control panel to electrically control the valves and solenoids. My setup used a custom arduinio with pressure sensor for level and electric temp sensor for controller.

So as a summary you get

3 x stainless vessels (2x approx 95 litre, 1 x insulated double wall 60 litre)
4 x 2200watt elements (one in rims)
3 x Mag drive pumps
1 x false bottom
5 x electric stainless ball valves
1 x large water filter

Various thermowells, fittings, hose, sight glasses.

Looking for $1500

Andy

$1500.00. Way too cheap ! , someone is going to a bloody good rig at a bargain basement price.

Such a sweet setup.. would love to see it friday if its still there. LOVE the way you have integrated the automatic pump system.. would be interested int eh electronics.

Serious.. THIS IS A BARGAIN..Sounds WAY too cheap for what it is...I'd put it up lol.. bet you got at least 2.5-3K invested there

Why were u not selling this when I was setting up my rig?? I am crying right now....

Dead set bargain. Even at 2K it would be good buy

Good luck with the sale Andy.

I think he's having a laugh at the enormous amount of wiring running everywhere. Surely it can be tidied up in a controller box?

when all are running it's about 35 amps, my father in laws place (Mt Eliza) only had 35 for the total house.

Why could this of came up a month ago, all my parts just showed up last week, definatly a bargain

Haha, well have left a few Q's with andytork, so we will see how we go :)

Located in Boronia,

Electronics is basically an Arduino mega, SSR's aquarium pump, pressure sensors. Was setup to never use too much power at once
The reason I don't want to include the controller as I don't want to have to explain how it works or support it. Custom written by me, I probably have 200+ hours in the development. The controller was still a work-in-progress. Was all wired correctly, everything expect the power input is by removable connectors, the external wiring was never tidied up (would have been run through the stand), but is actually quite neat when bundled together.

The controller box complete with door and all electronics can be included for an extra $150, not sure if I have any wiring diagrams etc, so would be sold effectively as a "box of parts", I am quite time poor so can't assist too much with how it worked

This would have been quite timely... a year ago!! lol.

Nice setup. Good luck with the sale.

(DJ - who's gonna buy my esky mash tun if you pick up this sweet rig?!!)

Note to whom ever puts the cash up; I believe Brewtroller and BCS(not100% on this one) both support level sensing, so putting your own controller together to run this shouldn't be a show stopper.
Though I gotta say the OP has certainly gone that extra mile or two.
