Looking forward to the Melbourne Brewers club meeting this Wednesday 25th.

The presentation of Yeast cultures will be interesting.

Don't know much about slants but interested to find out.

Yeast cultivation and water chemistry are my next tackles in home brewing. Several guys in the club propagate so it should be a very good discussion for a yeast n00b like myself.

I haven't seen a board announcement for this, so here goes.

Melbourne Brewers are meeting this evening in Upwey (not the regular venue).

13 Torry Hill Road, Upwey Melways 75 A11.

The Melbourne Brewers Banner will be out to announce the location.

This will largely be an informal meeting. I will be giving an update on the ANHC and on the Belgian Beerfest competition, and Graham will be talking about the trip out to Bright and Beechworth breweries.
