Brewer's Notes
Scaled into AG from a successful partial-mash recipe, this porter is best enjoyed well aged at 3+ months. 6 months and more is ideal. Mash at 68'C for 90min and follow normal procedure for the ensuing ferment. A liquid yeast strain may be substituted if convenient.
