Robust Porter

Brewer's Notes

Coopers Real Ale kit with 2 packets of kit yeast (or S-04)
The LME was Saunders, the chocolate malt was 1200 and steeped for 30min at 65C, the maple syrup is was golden syrup.
Pitched yeast at 24 and fermented at 20. OG1048 > 1010, 5.6%.

Was really careful not to over hop it with the Real Ale underneath, could try with all extract or lighter kit and more hops but it turned out great.
