Ok an update..



-There is a second box of filter cartridges available at the same price (i.e. +24 cartridges @ $19.50ea+ postage) see extended list. He is prepared to split the second box for the same price ea should we not completely fill the list.

Housings - Just passing on what has been offered to me:



Option 1 - Housing (NO BLEED VALVE) to Suit Std 10” filter cartridge supplied with 2 x John Guest fittings (as shown below) to suit 8mm OD hose - $33 (+postage) (personally I would recommend getting one with a bleed valve for ease of use).



Option 2 – Housing (as above but WITH Bleed Valve) to Suit Std 10” filter cartridge supplied with 2 x John Guest fittings to suit 8mm OD hose, 2 x reducing bushes to fit the JG fitting to the housing - $39.50 (+postage) plus as the housings need to be ordered in, it’s $ upfront before I place the order (12 per box).



I fear this will get messy running 2 options so I’ll make the executive decision to run option 2 (housing with bleed valve) only. I think this is a reasonable price but I note that Grape n Grain has something similar at a similar price, I am mainly putting forward this offer for completeness to help those in the filter bulk buy needing the housing.

Also I couldn't get into the post office today to inquire about postage costs. For now have a look at http://auspost.com.au/index.html posting from 7250. This should give an ball park for postage at this point. As i said before postage is at cost. Worst case its about $11.70 anywhere in oz up to 3kg.
