I was looking at those sight glasses on ebay but had planned to use it after the dump valve to see when it started to run clear. I'll probably hold off for a while on it to see if i can judge it from the view through silicone tube into a glass jug first.Florian said:

Also got a sanitary sample valve in the mail yesterday. Easy to pull apart for cleaning and great for sampling and transferring to keg.
