What Gas Does Everybody Use For Carbonating/dispensing?

That'd be a great plan if cream bulbs contained nitrogen gas, they dont, they contain nitrous oxide (NO2, laughing gas). Completely the wrong thing.

G&G has Blended gas bulbs that would do the job.

Actually its worse than that NO2 isnt laughing gas, thats N2O.
NO2 is Nitrogen Oxide; it reacts with water to make Nitric Acid, thats how Nitric Acid is made commercially.

You dont want NO2 in your beer either; its a powerful Oxidiser and will screw the brew dam quick.

What we need for Cream Pour is N2/CO2 blend.
