2 x 40 and 60 grit lap wheels. Steel was bit pitted but I can live with that.

I thought me hands were gunna fall off after 8hrs.


I've got a 9" Grinder you could've borrowed, it tends to eat hands on occassion though :lol:

As per other comments on here, it is indeed a grand rig that should stand the test of time. Well done.

Out of interest, is the mash tun esky just sitting on the 'tilt plate', and is it level? As the photos give the impression it is on a slight angle.

When is it getting broken in? A special brew planned for it?
