Yeah they come in a box of 1500 bagged in packs of 250 so they need to be re-distributed from there. Yes boil for ten min will be good, I do this for new and then wash and re-boil for re-use. I boil them in a suacepan with a steamer rack in order to keep them off the bottom of the pan. Boil a few at a time and fill with the boiled water and then you have them ready for when you need them.
