* This Bulk Buy is for 36 sacks per pallet, only whole pallets may be ordered from the Supplier.
* Total freight cost is divided evenly amongst the total number of sacks and then added to the price of each bag, so be aware of this extra cost when ordering (usually about $8/sack).
* Hoping to have all orders finalised, availability confirmed and payment instructions sent out by Friday 6th January, with all monies due transferred to my account by the following Wednesday 11th January
* If you dont confirm and pay on time you may be scratched from the list, any reserve orders placed after the pallets are full will have first option on scratched orders.
* Pickup date TBA at CraftBrewer, presume within a fortnight of order placement, aspiring for Saturday 21st January.
* All sacks are to picked up on the nominated day, if you cant make it then please arrange for someone else to collect yours and let Pickup Supervisor know who it is before the day.
* Pickup date and order cutoff may be varied at Organiser's discretion, also contingent on actual delivery of the goods.
* Orders from other regional members are welcome, however pickup on the nominated date must be arranged.
* Pricing Verify availability with Ross at CraftBrewer if unsure.
* Splits:
* No split sack orders please, but do feel free to organise your splits in this thread. I.e. each whole sack will be allocated to one person, I'll leave the splitting and sorting out of partial payments up to you.
* No guarantee splits can be available/ arranged on the Pickup day.

Hi hoppydog, and anyone else who is unsure how these things proceed- banking instructions will be sent from me by PM to all participants when the bulk buy is fully subscribed, direct funds transfer is the preferred method, but I'm reasonably flexible. When all of the order is paid for I'll transfer the money to CraftBrewer who will then purchase the malt and freight for us, then delivery into their store at Capalaba is generally within a week. It is not simple to predict the dates accurately however the ones set out above are what we aspire to achieve, it is contingent firstly on filling the two pallets with participants' orders, once that occurs we can proceed to payment and supply.
Oh, and if you're not in SE Qld, can't pick up on the day or arrange someone to do that on your behalf then its probably best not to participate unless you are able to arrange something in advance with CraftBrewer and while they have always been very helpful with bulk buys, there's no guarantee whatsoever with that. Of course, sacks of malt can still be bought direct from CraftBrewer and most other suppliers, however participating in these bulk buys allows significant savings as the sack price on a mixed pallet basis is usually much better than individual sacks.
