Hi All,
What to do? I wont name the member, but I payed him $100 for an item. I have all the pm's should I need them as proof of interaction. He even says that yes, he received my direct deposit.
It's been more than 2 months now and the item hasnt arrived. Excuses such as been flat out at work, posted it a while ago, I'll check etc have been used and reluctantly accepted.
Time is up. No reply to last pm requesting refund.
So, before I publicly name and shame, is there any grievance avenue?
Anything else I should do?
His "last visit to site" is private.
You know who you are, either refund or send the fxcking thing.

Not sure that there is a lot you can do, unfortunately. Possibly inform one of the moderators and pass on previous communications.
