these ones at the bottom?? its basically a compression nut/gland nut. they just screw in and compress a rubber seal, there may be 2 rubber seals then a washer in there, you could make one easily enough, get a fitting ( plug??) with the same thread, bore the hole out the the OD of the tube. they look like this,my guess would be 1/4 bps as every other thread on them is BSP, would need to be bsp parallel so it wouldn't lock up before pushing against the seal.
