Brewer's Notes
This can be fermeted with either a Kolsch or American Ale (liquid or US05 dry) yeast. It will be slightly hoppier with the American Ale. Ferment at 17 deg C. You may want to cold condition for a couple of weeks before bottling if using the Kolsch to get the yeast to drop.
