Brewer's Notes
A great beer that is easy to reproduce again and again. Made accidentally when experimenting with San fransico lager yeast, gives a genuine lager quality with the speed of an Ale fermentation, but without impeeding quality.
Made BIAB (on a 98litre rig) three step mash: 55oc, 67oc and 77oc, no sparge.
75 mins boil. 3 litre starter. Fermented @ 16 degree's. No Filter, no Polyclar.
Warning: This beer turns hot Kiwi nurses into beer lovers.
