Banane Hefeweizen

Brewer's Notes

Single infusion mash 65deg for 75min with 500g rice gulls and 75min boil, no chill. Chucked in the dex to try and max the bananas. Went from 12.2 1049 at 20deg pitch to 5.6 1007 5 days later at a constant 20deg. Bottled 4 days later, just coming up to carb now, approx 6% in the bottle. Heaps of banana and just enough clove to balance it. Will do again. Soon 8)
