Cooper's Aussie Wheat

Brewer's Notes

1500ml Coopers Cultured starter, fermented at 20deg. No finings other than Brewbrite. No crash chill. Bottled for 4 weeks now, starting to come into it's own, lovely pear and banana from the Coopers yeast at 20deg 8) Will definitely brew again soon.
