Brewer's Notes

On the dark side for a bock which is what I wanted. Beersmith calculated it at 42EBC. Used crystal wheat because I ran out of crystal and used chocolate because I ran out of Carafa S3. OG 1067 FG 1013 7.1% 27IBU

Just made this a couple of weeks ago, adjusted for 23L, lagering at the moment, quick question, did yours come out
tasting of chocolate, I know I put plenty of hops in, just can't taste them, not that I'm complaining,
tastes sensational :)
 
Its been a while since I made this one. It did have hints of choc and there shouldn't be too much in the way of hops anyway.

Glad you like it. I think when I make it again I might simplify the recipe a bit
