Brewer's Notes

Change Mash to: 10mins at 50 deg, 60min at 65 deg. (mash temps mucked up - immersion element shorted, decocted 7L to raise temp by 5 deg.
SG = 1050
FG = 1008
5.3 % Alc by Volume
Fermented at 15 degrees
Split half to ferment with Rasberries as follows... 15L of Weizen Beer & 1kg Frozen Rasberries - pasturised in hot water blended with hand mixer then dumped secondary.
