Thinking of putting this one down next weekend and have all the ingredients except i have carrafa special 3 instead of 1.

could i substitute the 1 for the the 3 and if so how much would be needed.

I saw the recipe you are giving .It seems to be very tasty and I tried it before but its not too tasty,I will try again according to your recipe very soon and will try to make more tasty and yummy.
