hey guys,
ive got my biab gear on the way but have a few coopers cans left over and a few other bits, can anyone help me put something nice together?
heres what ive got..

2 empty fermenters :)

real ale
draught
canadian blonde
mexican cerveza
lager

~280g crystal malt
1kg chocolate malt

~1kg pale ale grain

24g cascade
50g nelson sauvin
12g saaz

1kg LDME
~300g dex
US-05 yeast

i was thinking of a fat yak style with the draught or real ale + crystal/nelson/cascade
how would a mini mash + some crystal go with a tin of goo?
i might try to put one down tonight if i get some ideas :)
 
I would make a dark ale. One of the extract cans, 100g of crystal, 300-500g of choc, 10g of your hop of choice at 20 minutes. Nom!

I would try a fat yak style...
Real Ale
1kg DME
I would also drop in 200g dex
150g-200g crystal steeped for 20mins and then boil with your hops and malt
15g Nelson @ 15min boil
15g cascade @ 15min boil
Another 15g Nelson at Flame out and the balance of your Cascade at Flame out as well.
US05
You could stretch this to 25lt due to the crystal, hop additions and extra fermentables and ferment at 18 for 12-14 days...should be very tasty.
