Opinion on burner

Hi guys, been doing some looking at burners for a while and just stumbled on this one on ebay:

Just looking for opinions as it seems really quite cheap to me... bordering on too cheap for what it is?

That does seem cheap for a 4 ring burner - they do vary though. Maybe it's a ****** regulator.

I do like the idea of just getting a 4 burner though and knowing it'll be about as good as I ever need.

Price is excellent, even if the regulator is ****, the burner and stand are still good value.

It does depend a little on how big you are planning to go with your kettle.

Most of the time, with a medium or high pressure reg, unless you are going >100L I personally think a 4 burner (and probably a 3 burner) is overkill.

I used to have one of the more basic spiral burners (no longer exist) + a medium pressure reg from beerbelly (http://shop.beerbelly.com.au/med-press-adjustable-lpg-reg-1-8m-hose.html) similar (same?) one from craftbrewer (https://www.craftbrewer.com.au/shop/details.asp?PID=4170 - although it doesn't appear to have a hose) and this would have easily done boils for double batches. I went electric for a while, and now use a Rambo burner, but if I was buying again to go the most cost effective I think I would combine one of the above medium pressure regs with the 'drago' type burner which is an upgrade of the old spiral burner (http://www.homemakeit.com.au/products/gas-burner-1-ring-metal-frame-drago).

The reg looks similar to the one i have on my hark megajet burner. Should do the job reasonably. Not a bad price including stand either

My single batch keggle setup has a 3 ring burner on a bbq reg. Its slow to ramp up but it gets to a rolling boil
