i tried my draught beer 2nite....after 21 days.....love it!...the head is creamy and stays on the beer the whole time...much more flavour and fuller mouth feel because i had 23 litres in the fermenter....ill be doin another batch again for sure!....id drink it over carlton draught...its nearly as good!
