yes its excatly what you are thinking...i think...

kills two birds with one drink if you know what i mean.

we dont really have a recipe for it, we just winged it, high OG and highly dry hemped hopped.

HAHAHAHHAHA does it work fents???? did you dry ..... um hop or add to the boil?

not sure we will have enough people for an easter swap at this rate, we might just have to get together for a drink (or 20)

Ahh the Cousin beer... interested to hear how it worked!

Unfortunately I wont have time to brew an Easter swap beer. Stocks low and too many brew related commitments already.

1 & 1/2 pots gives a nice relaxed felling i think 2 longnecks would be about the right dose & the flavor was i lot better than i imagined though next time i think some higher quality ingredents may be required

65b how are we going with the easter swap is it official yet if so ill dust my tun off right now

dont think im gonna get time guys :(

work and a wedding are taking up far too much time sorry.

i'll be out of this swap, not enough time to put down a brew honestly, thats just over a month away, bit to quick for me, x-mas in july is all the go tho.

how about we all meet up for a beer at mountain goats or some place like that instead?

yea its mine mate, april 6th so brewings been taken the back seat for a bit.

bucks night on the 15th/16th march, then my b'day weekend after and easter, then wedding so i was kidding myself thinking i could put a swap brew down.

A bit short notice, and I'm stockpiling for a mate's bucks weekend over Easter.
If I can get a brew down in the coming week or two, then I'll definitely be in.
Xmas in July might actually be a no-go for me, as baby #2 is due late June.

Hutch.

is the easter swap gonna get some legs or is it dead in the water ?

I assume 'case' means 12 longies??

I do quite a bit of my bottling in 1.25L softie bottles - does that mean 7 or 8 of them instead, or is 12 the magic number?

Not sure if I'll have enough variety of stock for Easter, but should definately be in for July.

doesn't look like it HOTD

i think a meet up would be a better option, somewhere in the city. or you can all come down to 2 brothers in moorabin. means i don't have to go as far :p

I think it has been left a bit to late, but i'm up for a get together in the city

yup too late for me too. My bub is being induced on 15 March (week of easter). So I have no chance of getting a brew done. Happy to meet for a drink (or 10)

Fents congrats on the impending Nuptuals.

Im a starter for July though.

Tyoung - case swap is as many bottles as there are participants. ie xmas caseswap was 24 people. So you just breww a normal sized batch.

Well I did manage to get a brew down on the weekend (London ESB), so will be keen to contribute if anything does go ahead.
Othewise I'll put the bottles aside for xmas in July swap.
Hutch.
