Also had your 10min galaxy IPA, that's my kind of beer! Great passionfruit aroma, lip puckering bitterness that coats the walls of my mouth (TWSS), perfect head (TWSS), Galaxy FTW!!! Only tiny gripe would be could do with a bit more malt body (TWSS). Sorry guys, it's late, I've had a couple so my cheap **** jokes are out in full flight.

daveHQ had your Bright ale (was it LCBA clone?), very interesting aroma, my pallete is not that refined but I want to say pine? Minimal head but was tightly packed what was there, very crisp mouthfeel and a sharp, but light bitterness which was very nice. Overall really enjoyed it, just a shame it is a colder night as it's a fantastic summer beer! What hops and yeast did you use?

Yep LCBA, recipe is Tonys bright ale (from the recipe DB)

Hops are B saaz and cascade, yeast was US-05, one of my favourite recipes!!

I'm in for 2xKK 19l pickup from KK.

But if any melbournite is able to drop my two kegs off at my Melbourne office in the CBD then i'd much appreciate it (i'm in Sydney). otherwise i'll have them picked up at KK and delivered.

Let me know how to make payment, and the expected date of them.

Probably not mate, I believe we bought him out so it would have to be in their next shipment. Possibly try in 6 mths when there might be more interest?

Yea the AEB are great.

I was worried as when I forst shook mine half filled with PBW it was leaking out the lid seal, nothing a good lube up didnt fix. Its sitting with 40psi in it as we speak will check the pressure in a couple weeks to determine a perfect seal or not

One other thing. Does anyone know how to remove the poppet from the post without having to bend the clips with long nose pliers potentially damaging the metal? My keg King ones the poppet just pushed out so I can give them a super clean if required

I didn't do it but it just appears to be a split ring, split the ring and 'feed' it off as you would a set of keys. That seems very OCD cleaning...


Onthe note of cleaning what has everyone done to clean their AEB? Just Starsan? Or Perc as well?

The 2 AEB kegs are great!
I just ran some starsan through mine and then I was off and running...

I'm keen to add a couple more of the 9.5 litre size, as they are very handy.


Can I please be added to the BB for 2 x KK 9.5L kegs?
