Hi all first post so go easy.Would like to know how long water once boiled and cooled would last in a sealed
20 litre food grade container. If any one has any idea

Welcome

Assuming you've sanitised the container it becomes much like commercial bottled water - keep at reasonable temperatures out of direct sunlight and it's probably good for at least a week or so.

That said, commercial bottled water is often ozonated rather than boiled; I'm not sure how this affects the shelf lift.

Nothing to back this opinion up but....

Considering you can buy water in 20L drums in the shop, I imagine it will keep for a couple of weeks as long as the container was sanitsed and seals well.

What are you using it for?

I over shot gravity boiling 90 mins on a pilsner and would of like some water to top up but no big deal can do it the next day, just curios
