6 longies of mild
3 longies of the lager where the gremlins stole my Saaz
half a keg of a beer that came last in the ordinary UK bitters in the Nats

However: lagering or cold crashing: 2 Aussie Lagers, 1 kiwi golden ale
Fermenting - 1 Aussie Polenta Lager, 1 uk Red bitter, 1 Aussie Sparkling which got a bit warm and is now chucking more banana than Coffs Harbour hinterland.

Should be ok for Christmas now.

Just picked up 4 kegs from Beerbelly, better get on and fill them.
Got a Mild fermenting, another in the cube and a bitter planned for this week so I just need to work out what to put in the fourth.
Not had kegs before so should be a merry xmas :icon_drunk:
Cheers
Nige

Just need to find some butters repellant

I am about to keg up some Roggenbier..
Have another keg of sour Baltic Porter (give or take a few litres). A couple of litres of JSGA clone,
My remaining beer from Bitter and Twisted (about 35 litres of Old Speckled Hen clone, servesd from a sparkler tap).
Numerous aged bottles ranging from Batch #1 Mountain Goat Surefoot Stout and some Chimay Bleu 2003, and Batch 2 Coopers Vintage to more recent Wheat beer and Witbier (stuff wot don't age too good).

Plenty to drink and some of which is palatable. Time to clean out the old supplies. No help required or requested

*Edit: ...'elling

1 keg of American Brown ale
1 keg Amber Ale and
2/3 keg of Dogfish head 90min clone

Should do me. Time to get brewing a lager though

Currently only got 3/4 keg of APA and 1/2 keg of cider.....

Another APA and a fake lager fermenting now.....

Probably have to brew a few more between now and then with the heat lately...

Yeah, mines this big...

If half you guys actually drink half of your lists......

1 Keg Cascade APA, 7/8ths full
1 Keg Double Choc Stout, full
1 Keg Belgian Strong Golden Ale (11.5%), 7/8 full

Not enough, double batch APA this weekend and better get fermenting.

Plenty of supplies - 60KG of grain, freezer of hops, but a whole lot of empty kegs. Sad state of affairs....

1.5 kegs of APA
3/4 keg of Altbier
1/2 keg of mid strength APA
1 middie of pale ale before she blows

2 brews fermenting at the moment to keg prob next weekend.

Need to knock a few quick brews out to up stocks.

....oh and 1 american amber and 1 fat yak APA on tap. Aussie pale in the fermenter and another APA due to ferment tomorrow...

as long as I keep brewing through the holidays, should be fine :chug:

Stocks need to be good no matter what time of the year it is. I don't have 8 million kegs in the shed but I was busy a while back and brewed quite a few on rotation. Various bottles of hefe, pale, dubbel and some case swap as well as a few I'm trying for the first time ever to age (porter, dubbel, chimay white clone, Irish red) I have some more fermenting case swap brewday landlord) and some bottled yesterday (another dubbel). I need to brew again soon though just because I've missed it over the last couple of weeks. I don't mind buying beer if it means leaving a few of mine alone for a bit.

Chappo? About time you got your arse into gear and brewed, regardless of motivation. Sometimes doing it regardless makes you realise why you like it. Unless you've automated everything just a touch too far?

Chap Chap

I go through that phase sometimes Chappo

The trick is

1)Keep you recipes simple only one to two grains ( simple often the best)

2)one 60 min hop addittion

3) write everything down you have to do

4) prepare grains and crush night before

5) set up brewery night before

6) mash early in the morning so you have got the afternoon free .

7) warn SWMBO that you are going to brew that day .

8) try and get a freind to help on the day as it can get a bit tiring if you dont want to leave it due to potential boilovers .

9) No chill you brew so it means you can ferment at your leisure .

10) Brewing should be fun if its not you are not organising yourself properly

11 ) dont brew sweet beers they will hang around and you will feel you wasted your time ,

12 ) brew beers you want to drink four schooners a night not sippers .

13) perfect a stlye you can brew simply with out a lot of fuss so it is always easy to build up your stocks .

Tips by Pumpy :)

Merry Christmas

Not much at the moment,
A fair bit of average Raspberry Blonde
1 case of AIPA
1 case of cerveza
3/4 case of Belgian Dubbel (I've brewed better belgians)
And some cider that has to be bottled.

Picking up the odd belgian from the bottl'o every now and again.

Getting there

1 x Keg of Tony Bright Ale
1 x Keg of Belgian Blonde
0.5 x keg of Cider

Just picked up ingredients for:
Hefeweizen
AIPA (brewing this weekend)

Cutting it fine to have these ready for Christmas, but should be right.

Cheers SJ

1x Case Wit
1x case Nth english Brown ale
1x case Golden ale
1x case dunkelweizen
1/2 case choc stout
1/2 case bamberg rauchbier
1/2 case Knappstein clone
Plus few assorted belgians.

and 200+ kit beers from the early days

:(

Nope, 1 keg of pilsner lagering....and a brewing "incident" over the w/e means the brewery is out of action pending the HERMS heat-ex arrival and reconstruction.

Bugger FJ, don't you hate 'incidents"?? Hope it's easily rectified and you back up and running ASAP.

Cheers SJ
