Bush Tucker - Strawberry Gum

I saw this Strawberry Gum stuff on a bush tucker site and was wondering if anyone had used it in a brew?

I'm thinking of maybe using some in a wheat beer at about flameout, or maybe in a sour.

Never used it, so I can't comment, but I'd be careful with the amounts. Eucalypts can provide a lot of aroma, and you don't want it tasting like perfume. Could be good to experiment with though?

It might be safer to put some tea out of it and to boil some small amounts for set periods of time to see what happens, as in boil 10g in 100ml of water for 1 minute, 5 minutes and 10 minutes.

$42 for .750g you wouldnt want to use much!!! wonder how they measure it that low
