Any Suggestions On System

thought i'de run my revamped brewery past you guys for any suggestions or problems I haven't spotted. The insulation is not shown in the diag. but I understand where it's needed. I am not looking of automation, all I want is repeatabillity & a bit of volume in a small area.
The main reason for running a second gas fired system is that I have been using it for close on 20 years & can't bear to part with it. It's definitely made some beers & there's still plenty of life in the old girl yet.

You will definitely need to remenber to empty the bucket regularly...............otherwise wort will go all over the floor, and efficiency will suffer
