I agree, not a malty malt, and not so good on extraction, but nice and cleen finished beer, i found that adding some JW malt actually adds the extra extraction thats missing

That's good to hear had 2kg of JW left and mixed it into the powells yesterday.
I just wanted to bump this to the top again so I [or should say we] can get back to the "Bat Cave"

I have had a reply from Grant
He is happy to replace the missing and busted bags and pay their freight,not half the entire freight...my mistake.

Interesting he is sure the correct number of bags left the malthouse , in fact he has the weight docket proving as much.
This maybe the case, but 4 bags short reached the batcave.
Grant is believing me at this time (I hope) but will not come to the party if this happens again.
I have asked him to include the number of bags on the pallet,this way I will check them with the driver before he leaves.
