Almost My New Setup

Forgive me all, It has been many months since my last post.

Since I started brewing back in 2004 ( In the first 12 months I did 26 brews)

I then slowed down a bit from Late 05 until now.

I have been busy in the last few months gathering bits and peices from all over the planet essentially.

I have attached some pix of the almost complete setup. Missing some hose connectors and a washer or two but otherwise it is complete (Well I also need some grain)

I have some ambitious plans for the large stainless vessel see in the pix, This is to be a 90L conical fermenter, THis will be on wheels just like the table so I can easily move there weight about the place. My shed is 40 x 30 so I need it

It has been a while coming, Hope you guys enjoy the pix

Looking very nice. I'm in the process of doing something similar - adding taps to my HLT and kettle and getting a bit more organised. Haven't sprung for a grain mill yet. And a conical fermenter is just a dream at my place. Looks like you've got a nice big work area.
