White labs clarity ferm for gluten free

Hi guys,
Playing around with a few gluten free beers trying to make one which taste good. So I'm thinking of putting in clarity ferm in a normal pale ale... Any thoughts? How much gluten will get removed? Effect beer taste?? Cheers

Ask old mate Baron Von Snooty on the Aussie Home Brewers facebook group
He reckons he can prove that it doesn't actually make it gluten reduced and that it shouldn't be used
I've not used it personally, so I can't contribute anything
