Lyrebird_Cycles 27/9/17 Futzing with mill settings, I went a bit tight. Slow sparge (2 1/2 hours) but 98% BH efficiency.

Final run off around 1.006. Was worrying about astringency but I'm still unaware to identify astringency flavor so maybe It was just a good dry low cal beer...
