Where Has My Experiment Gone Wrong?

Have had 2 FG readings now of 1.025 (higher than expected, but given my issues I will take it)

It tastes pretty sweet in the test tube, but will try to bottle over the weekend and give it 4 weeks to condition before trying. Will update

Bottling in glass?

While I wouldn't be surprised at a high FG with your ingredienbts, don't be in too much of a rush.

2 days, same gravity, in and of itself does not mean a finished ferment.
